We provide implementation services to help our clients deploy customized versions of
our enterprise compliance management systems quickly and with high quality to production.
Implementation Process:
- Sign Enterprise License Contract and Service Agreement
- Determine Needs and Capabilities
- Prioritize delivery in terms of Business Value
- Partition the Project in time-boxes (also known as iterations or Sprints)
- Achieve milestones per time-box
- Demonstrate capability
- Re-prioritize
- Repeat the above process until the desired system is ready for deployment
Configuration Options:
- Using different application servers such as: IBM WebSphere, BEA, Oracle App Server, Tomcat.
- Using different databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, MySQL
- Customizing the UI: Menus, Names, drop-downs, colors, legal notices, logos, etc.
- Deploying limited number of components in phases
