Our onDemand (outsourcing) solutions expedite the deployment of our enterprise compliance management systems.
After signing our onDemand contract, you will be provided an administrator login
to our enterprise compliance management system, and electronic copies of our User Manual.
This will allow you to access and configure your application instance, and to jump start
your compliance management program. (Customized installations are also available.)
onDemand Process
- Determine Needs and Capabilities
- Determine number of users and locations
- Sign onDemand Contract
- New Governance will create a new application instance at our 24x7 facility.
- Get Administrative Login
- Take our 4 hr onDemand Training (included in our onDemand service).
- Configure the system.
- Deploy to production.
- Support is included with our onDemand Service, so that we will help you at each step along the way.
onDemand capabilities (including all of our enterprise license features):
- Define roles and permissions.
- Create more users.
- Create organizational structures.
- Upload policies and procedures.
- Browse through the very many regulations in our application (20+ laws with corresponding rules).
- Link Policies and Procedures to regulations.
- Extend and or define the list of default Internal Controls and their corresponding tests.
- Assign internal controls.
- Generate any of our 10+ predefined reports, including the Annual Compliance Report.
