Support
We place a strong emphasis in supporting our clients -- most of our responses
and resolutions are within hours. However, in general we prioritize our support in
terms of high priority, medium priority and low priority items. We provide support from 9 am
to 5 PM central via our development office, with an after hours number that routes
calls to a support rotation group until 11 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 6 PM.
At all other times, support messages can be left in our support voicemail so that we can respond
in the shortest time possible. Here are our priorities, contacts, and schedules:
Priority
- High priority items: response 2 hrs, resolution 2 days.
- Medium priority items: response 24 hrs, resolution 72 hrs.
- Low priority items: response 48 hrs, resolution 72+ hrs.
Schedule
- Weekdays 9 am - 5 PM: Devleopment/Support office, Support e-mail, Implementation Manager.
- Weekdays from 5 PM - 9 PM and Weekends. 800 number, Support E-mail.
