Who we are
New Governance Inc. has a unique, diverse, and talented, team of executives, managers and technical resources,
that have contributed to its success. Here is our executive team:
- John Cerwin, President. As one of the founders, John contributes to day-to-day activities
managing accounting, operations, support, negotiating contracts, sales and continues to provide
technical advise for our products.
- Mike Beedle, CEO. Mike is another one of the founders and contributes to day-to-day activities
in the form of financial funding, sales and marketing strategy and execution, recruitment of new resources,
and continues to provide technical advise for our products
- Laura Sarmiento, VP of Sales and Alliances. Laura manages overall sales for New Governance, through
our growing sales and marketing team in 3 sales regions: East Coast, Central, West Coast.
- Andy Cirillo, Chief Architect. Andy provides overall technical guidance for our products and he manages our
internal development staff.
- Jon Lovdahl, Implementation Manager. Jon is in charge of our Implementation Team, composed of
team leaders, business analysts and developers.
